We aim to package and ship all orders placed before 13:00 (1 pm) according to UK time (GMT/BST).
All orders are sent either recorded delivery or with a method to track and trace the items.
Depending upon the shipping address, all orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days. If, after 5 working days, you have not recieved your product please contact us immediately.
We will happily refund you, or exchange any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that it is in as new condition, unused and in original packaging including all labels and tags etc.
Please contact us at sales@tastyclothing.co.uk in order to recieve a returns address and unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We can not guarantee promptness without this number to link the item to yourself.
When returning items, please clearly label all returns with the RMA number and explain why you are returning the goods and what you would like us to do; exchange or refund? With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item that is not in new condition or after the 14 day period.
As well as our returns policy, you also have rights set out by the UK's Distance Selling Regulations and as we use Google Checkout to process third party credit information, you have a further option of requesting independant mediation.
Be assured, that these are last resort options as we try our very best to give our customers complete satisfaction!
You may cancel your order anytime before the item is shipped. Once shipped, the item will be treated as a return and a restocking fee may be charged.
